The Journal of Agroindustry Development and Innovation is a scientific journal managed by Pusat Penelitian dan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (P3M) Politeknik Negeri Tanah Laut. The journal publishes various types of manuscripts, including research articles, literature reviews, and case studies focused on agroindustrial products

The journal aims to disseminate research that contributes to the advancement of agroindustrial science and technology, particularly in the design, development, quality improvement, and commercialization of agricultural-based products. The journal emphasizes studies related to agroindustrial product formulation, functional food development, quality and food safety management, packaging and shelf-life improvement, consumer acceptance, sustainable product development, and product-based entrepreneurship.

The Journal of Agroindustrial Development and Innovation is published twice a year, in May and October, with five articles in each issue. Submitted manuscripts must be original scientific works that have not been previously published and are not currently under review by another journal. If a double submission is detected, the manuscript will be returned to the author or rejected by the editor.
