About the Journal

The Journal of Agroindustry Development and Innovation is a scientific journal managed by Pusat Penelitian dan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (P3M) Politeknik Negeri Tanah Laut. The journal publishes various types of manuscripts, including research articles, literature reviews, and case studies that focus on agroindustrial products in the following fields:

1. Agroindustrial product development and innovation
2. Functional foods and novel agro-based products
3. Product quality management and food safety
4. Packaging and product shelf-life improvement
5. Consumer preference and product acceptance
6. Marketing and entrepreneurship of agroindustrial products
7. Sustainable agroindustrial product development

The journal is published twice a year, in May and October.
